What we build

Four ways to take work off your plate.

We start with the job that eats your week, then build the smallest thing that makes it go away. You don't need to be technical. You need to be able to describe how your day actually goes.

01 · Automation

AI agents & workflow automation

Connect the apps you already use so information moves by itself instead of being retyped by a person.

  • Quote requests and web leads turned into tasks automatically
  • Order, artwork-approval and production pipelines
  • Automatic customer updates, "order shipped" emails and review requests
  • AI that reads emails, forms and PDFs and pulls out what matters

02 · Internal tools

Custom business tools & dashboards

Replace the spreadsheet only one person understands with an app your whole team can use.

  • Pricing and quoting calculators built on your real costs
  • Owner dashboards: profit, month over month, year over year
  • Budgets, sales goals and team bonus tracking
  • Admin panels, user logins and roles
Priced after a callBook a call →
03 · Websites

Websites that bring in work

Fast, modern, mobile-first sites built in days, not months, with clear pricing up front.

  • Designed around getting a call, a booking or a quote request
  • Google-ready: speed, search basics and your business profile
  • Lead forms wired straight into your email or workflow
  • Plain-English updates when you need changes
04 · Voice

AI voice receptionist

Every call answered, day or night, by a voice agent that knows your business.

  • Answers common questions: hours, pricing, services, directions
  • Captures caller details and books appointments
  • Sends you a text or email summary of every call
  • Hands off to a person when a call needs one

Case study · Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More · Orlando

From spreadsheet quotes to pricing a job while the customer is still on the phone.

The problem. Custom apparel pricing has a lot of moving parts: blank garments, DTF film, ink, press time, setup and design time, franchise royalties and card fees. Screen printing and embroidery go to outside vendors, each with their own price sheets. Quoting a bulk job meant a spreadsheet, a stack of PDFs and a callback.

What we built. One quoting app with every cost built in: in-house and outsourced work, one screen. Vendor price sheets are uploaded as PDFs and AI pulls the pricing out automatically. Then we connected the rest of the shop, so quotes, orders, artwork approvals and production move on their own.

Real-time quotes

Embroidery and screen print jobs priced during the phone call, not after it.

Every cost counted

Film, ink, labor, setup, royalties and card fees are in every price, so margins hold on big orders.

One source of truth

In-house and vendor pricing live in one place instead of across spreadsheets and PDFs.

Try it

How the pricing engine thinks.

Pick a print method, set the quantity and choose the margin you want. The app works backward from every cost to the price you should quote. At Big Frog, the labor rate isn't a guess: it comes from the shop's real monthly budget, divided across real working hours.

Example rates for illustration only. These are not Big Frog's actual prices or costs.

PRICING ENGINE

Five calculators, one screen

DTF/DTG, gang-sheet transfers, embroidery, screen print and promo products share one garment and quantity picker, so switching methods takes a click.

AI PRICE SHEETS

Upload a vendor PDF, done

Upload the screen printer's or embroiderer's latest price sheet and quantity tiers, setup fees and surcharges update automatically.

TRUE SHOP COST

Labor priced from the real budget

Rent, payroll, insurance and subscriptions roll up into a true cost per shop hour that feeds every quote.

MARGIN TOOLS

Work backward from profit

Enter a target margin or a target profit and the app gives you the sale price. No more guessing on a 500-piece order.

GANG SHEETS

Best sheet layout, calculated

For transfer printing, the app finds the most efficient gang-sheet size for the artwork and quantity, and prices from it.

ADMIN

Built to be handed off

User logins with roles, a garment catalog with live costs, saved quotes and global pricing settings the owner controls.

Keep a pulse on the business

The numbers an owner actually checks.

The same app gives the owner a monthly profit and loss view, year-over-year growth and a team bonus that pays out when sales beat last year. Everyone can see the goal.

  • Monthly P&L with cost breakdown and annual projection
  • Month-over-month and year-over-year revenue trends
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Bonus tiers tied to growth, calculated automatically

Around the app

The shop runs on flows now.

Beyond the pricing app, we automated the handoffs that used to live in someone's inbox, from first email to five-star review.

The founder

An engineer who also runs a shop floor.

Suresh Hariprashad · Founder

I've been writing production software since 1997, first as an electrical engineer from UCF, then building enterprise systems for companies like Disney, Universal Orlando, Raytheon and Westgate Resorts. I've led DevOps and delivery for 15+ applications, and I've run my own business, too.

At Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, I stopped writing software for other people's roadmaps and started fixing the problems in front of me: slow quotes, missed handoffs, numbers nobody could see. The tools on this page came out of that work, and they run the shop every day.

Flowgentix is how I bring that to other businesses. Enterprise-grade engineering, AI where it actually helps, and the practical sense of someone who has had to make payroll.

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can walk us through how a job moves through your business, we can figure out what to automate. We handle the setup and train your team.

What does an automation or custom tool cost?

It depends on how many steps and systems are involved. After a free call we send a fixed quote, so you know the price before any work starts.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. We work with common small-business tools like Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Trello, Slack and point-of-sale systems, and we build around what you already have.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. We're based in Central Florida and work with businesses anywhere in the US. Discovery calls, builds and training all happen over video, and most clients never need an in-person meeting.

Do you only work with print shops?

No. Big Frog is where these tools were proven, but the problems are universal: quoting, intake, follow-ups, missed calls and knowing your numbers. Any service business or shop with repeat work is a good fit.

Let's talk

What's the one task you'd never do again?

Book 30 minutes. Tell us about it, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.
